Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders of $85 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $85 have a flat delivery fee of $9.95. Heavy or oversized pieces may add a surcharge of $5, $10, $15, or $20 at checkout, on top of the standard fee.

We pack from our North American warehouse. Most in-stock items leave within two business days. You will get a tracking note when the carton moves.

Returns

You have 45 days from delivery to send back unused goods in original packaging. Start a return on the Start a return page. Return shipping is free on standard parcels unless the piece was customized or marked final sale.

Refunds go back to the original payment method after we inspect the return. Write [email protected] if a carton arrives damaged.
