If a product fails under normal household use because of a materials or workmanship defect within one year of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund at our option. Finish wear, misuse, outdoor use of indoor pieces, and third-party modifications are outside this guarantee.

To open a claim, email [email protected] with photos, the order number, and a short note on what happened. We aim to answer within two business days.
