Refund Policy

Unused UmbraZ items in original packaging may be returned within 45 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Open the return from Start a return or [email protected].

We inspect returns as they arrive. Damaged, used, or incomplete sets may be refused or refunded in part. Shipping fees are refunded when we made an error; otherwise the original outbound fee stays with the order.

Warranty replacements follow the Quality Guarantee.
